General Seminar Terms   Invoice, cancellation, refunding, modification:  After registration you will receive an confimation by email. About three weeks before the seminar date you will receive the seminar fee invoice which is to be paid before beginning of the seminar. Cancellations until 5 days before beginning of seminar are free. Afterwards the half  seminar fee becomes due. A change of attendents is possible at any time. MEMCO Mempel Management Cosnulting can call off the seminar at any time for important reason - in particular in case of illness of the speakers - against designation of a back-up date or under full refunding of fees already paid. The liability is exclusively limited to the paid seminar fee, not to any travel expenses. Seminar content seminar and the speakers list remain are subject while keeping the seminar character at any time. Venue changes are indicated at the latest 7 days before the seminar.
